Hi! I’m Mary Craig!

I’m an Atlanta native graduating from the University of Georgia in May of 2019. I like to solve problems and I believe that most questions require more than the most obvious answer. I have pursued an intentional multi-disciplinary education in order to better prepare for work in the human rights field, which requires an approach mindful of many perspectives.

I have shaped my informal concentration in human rights across disciplines by majoring in international affairs, studying national security policy, geography, agricultural leadership, and development economics, and obtaining a history minor with courses on histories of the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the American South. My goal is to find a job that allows me to work with and through other people towards goals that matter, by solving complex and multilayered problems that require critical thinking.

Outside of all of that, I love art, which is why I took a new media production class (culminating in the creation of this website!). My favorite dinner is always tacos and I love watching SNL and being outside (and lots of other things!). I’d love to hear from you with any questions or career advice.
